MTN Hybrid and Generator Installation
Logistic processes and relationship between transporters and supplies.
Logistics and site engineers.
Relationships between logistics, project and Account unit.
Management of Drivers.
Management of items on sites.
Documentation of goods and materials.
Storage of goods, equipment.
Negotiation of transportation costs.
Physical confirmation of readiness of the required materials/checking/Inventory at the warehouse.
Submission of DNG’s of delivered materials to Huawei regional office for signing/collection.
Vehicle transit update/proper monitoring as soon as the vehicle is dispatched from the warehouse to ensure materials is received by the right person.
Signing of submitted PAC/collection at Huawei regional office kano
Mobilization of of trucks to the respective warehouse as soon as negotiation is completed
Swift responses to materials movement in accordance with service level agreement with client (SLA).
And other assigned duties.
